Very few companies today can take the time to put out hand made Truffles,
but here at COLLINS CHOCOLATES we pride ourselves in making all of our
Truffles by hand.
Our Truffles are made in small batches with the highest quality ingredients
and the Ganache is whipped to perfection. The time is taken for them to cure
and then each piece is rolled and formed by hand, which accounts why no
two look the same.
After an additional period of drying time, the Truffles are then dipped
individually by hand & set to dry once again. Then we hand garnish each
piece to identify the different varieties we make.
This is our favorite confection experience! The reaction that comes from
eating one of these has made our Truffles move into 1st place with the loyal
fans of Collins Chocolates.
It is advised to give it a chance to melt in your mouth, so as to savor the
wonderfully wax free and filler free flavor in its virgin form.
